No, none of them can define it or determine it clearly. Even if some of their thoughts can be found in fascism, these are still only fragments of their own self and their overestimation. Because what undisputedly connects these four heads, what makes them appear as a fusion, i.e. as a self-aggrandizing, inferior conspiracy, and therefore makes them largely unbelievable, YES, this is undoubtedly the incorrigible vanity of their hopeless overestimation of themselves, in the naive desire for the meaningless sovereignty of interpretation.
